Alice in Zombieland.

A tattoo design I did for a friend. I couldn't figure out what pose I wanted so I scoured through DeviantART to get some inspiration. I stumbled upon an artist who completely blew my mind [link]
I looked through the gallery to find something I could reference from and I ended up liking one image so much I didn't really want to change a thing. So I more or less kept it as close as possible (with permission of course). So if you haven't stumbled on her gallery yet, what are you waiting for. Get in there NOW!!

So I haven't really designed many tattoos before so it was a struggle to keep it ink friendly, but in the end I think it worked out fine. Her chest says 'Curiouser', referencing a famous Alice line. As is the banner above her a line that is known by all. The take was I was to illustrate a zombie alice with a broken clock thrown in somewhere so with a little bit of creative decision I made her human (as it would make sense a little more) and have everything else the zombies or altered state. Rainbow was something I added later after the tattoo
